In May 2025, we worked with experiential agency Backlash to roll out YSL Beauty’s latest campaign across the UK: Instagrammable in-store pop-ups for that celebrated YSL’s Loveshine Plumping Lip Oil Gloss.
Live in 17 locations nationwide – including 8 Boots stores and 9 John Lewis & Partners – each store featured a bespoke installation, tailor-made to fit the space and customer flow. For the larger spaces, we produced and installed window installations, photo-ops, hero product displays and makeup artist stations, while the more compact setups featured floor graphics and streamlined MUA touchpoints where needed. The installations featured custom counter-top units in multiple finishes, silver metallic puff-upholstered archways with suspended pink YSL heart logos and padded photo-op walls, round display tables, podiums and totems for product storytelling and sampling.
Consultation tables made for our previous YSL Make Me Blush installs were repurposed in brushed silver and pink vinyl, with new flat tops to match the campaign colours. By combining re-used structures with a futuristic, upholstery-led approach, we delivered a fun and cohesive look while staying resourceful for our clients. The result? A bold brand experience that captured the attitude and aesthetic of Loveshine.
