In September 2025, we partnered with experiential agency Backlash to produce Clarins’ Sweet Spot Roadshow - a bakery-inspired pop-up activation celebrating 10 years of the brand’s best-selling Lip Comfort Oil.

We produced a range of bespoke elements for the events in London and Manchester, including unique display stands, makeup counters, functional lipstick stools, custom-built display fridges, and an oversized cake prop - all designed to showcase Clarins’ lip products in a playful pâtisserie-style setting.

The red, pink, and beige colour scheme drew inspiration from the key lip product flavours - Cherry, Raspberry, and Apricot - while finishing touches such as hanging cherry hooks, a sprayed wavy mirror with vinyl decal, graphic frames, neon lighting, a bakery menu, and a tray wall photo feature with slogan decals brought the concept to life. Together, these elements created a true “wow” factor for visitors.

The immersive event invited customers to test and shop Clarins’ lip range while enjoying games, treats, and prizes. The pop-up caught the attention of influencers and beauty fans, generating a buzz across TikTok and Instagram throughout the three-day run in both cities.
