For Christmas 2025, Leeds Castle partnered with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity to create a Neverland-themed immersive experience. We designed, produced, and installed key elements of the event space, following the licensed brand guidelines. Key scenes we worked on included Captain Hook’s ship, Wendy’s bedroom window, and The Lost Boys’ Hideout.

Elements were produced in a number of ways: a life-sized tree sculpted from expanding foam, slot-together treehouse pieces repurposed from our 2024 Christmas installation and hand-painted, and new props fabricated using our in-house CNC machine and spray booth.

Our work focused on key interactive and photo-op elements within the Neverland experience. This included Wendy’s bedroom window, which visitors walked through to start the experience, the treehouse room, and the “Laughometer,” a wheel that playfully gauged the ‘level of joy’ of the person stood in front of it by a motor-powered moving hand landing in different sections. We also created the ship section, featuring a deconstructed deck with gold detailing, ropes, fabric sail and wheel, creating a fun photo opportunity for visitors to ‘captain the Jolly Roger’. Another photo-op, the Neverland archway, was also repurposed from the previous year’s installation.

This was a super fun project for the whole team to work on, allowing us to get on hands-on with crafting and capturing our imagination to bring all the elements to life. It was even featured in a one-hour episode of Christmas at Leeds Castle on Channel 5, where we can be seen installing!
